Refund policy
- All international sales are final
- Customer has a 48 hour approval, upon receipt of the guitar
- Returns accepted only with a Return Authorization (contact info@zephyrguitars.co.uk)
- Once a Return Authorization has been confirmed, the customer has 7 days to ship the instrument to Zephyr
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returned guitars must be in original condition
- Upon receipt, the guitar will be inspected by Zephyr to assess it’s condition
- Any necessary repairs are to be covered by the customer
- A refund for any reason will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee, and all handling / freight charges
